Great location for walks on Blencathra & Skiddaw. Close to shops and entertainment. Clean, tidy lodge with beautiful views.

Felt privileged, nothing too much trouble.

We had a fantastic stay at Harrisons Lodge. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful hiking trails of Blencathra and Skiddaw. The lodge itself was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with fine views of the surrounding mountains. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed. We especially loved the ample hot water and powerful shower. it was a cozy and compact accommodation, perfect for a mini break for couples. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the steep staircase and low bedroom rafters, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

The lodge at Harrisons Lodge - Uk1259 in Threlkeld was beautifully decorated, with a charming and cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The interior design was tasteful and had a touch of elegance, making it a delightful environment to relax in after a day of exploring. Additionally, the lodge had excellent accessibility for senior people, with a well-kept garden and pathways that made it easy to navigate around the property.

It would have been even better if there was a dedicated staff member available to assist senior guests with any specific needs or concerns.
